Five-Year Strategic Plan

We do not have a formal, documented nonprofit strategy that captures our goals and the strategies to achieve them. As an AI literacy nonprofit focused on closing the gender gap for women in AI and leadership roles, we need a clear, written roadmap that lays out our priorities and how we will measure progress over the next five years.

The volunteer will:
- Draft a written five-year strategic plan document as the primary deliverable.
- Within the plan, define and document our organizational goals and the concrete strategies we will use to achieve each goal.
- For each goal, specify measurable KPIs to track progress.
We are looking for a volunteer with Business Planning and Strategic Analysis expertise to develop this plan in collaboration with our team.

Through hands on education and meaningful mentorship, AI for Girls Enterprise goes beyond teaching technical skills to build confidence, curiosity, and leadership.
