About the Opportunity

BOTW is a new workforce development organization preparing to launch. We are looking for support in developing a clear, consistent social media presence that builds awareness, reaches young adults ages 18–24, and helps us connect with community partners, employers, and funders.

As a new organization, we need a practical strategy for what to share, who we are trying to reach, and how to communicate our work in a way that is engaging, authentic, and manageable for a small team.

By the end of this project, the consultant will deliver a practical Social Media Content Guide and Strategy that BOTW can use to build awareness and support its launch.

Deliverables should include:
- Recommended social media platforms and target audiences
- Key content themes and messaging pillars
- Guidance on voice, tone, and visual consistency
- Recommended posting frequency and content mix
- A sample 30-day content calendar
- Sample post ideas and templates for youth, partners, employers, funders, and community audiences
- Recommendations for increasing engagement and reach
- Basic metrics BOTW should track to understand what is working
