About the Opportunity

We need a comprehensive strategy and ongoing development across our social media platforms to recruit competitors, engage current followers, and increase publicity and notoriety for USIOT. Specifically, we require support with social media strategy, multi-channel growth planning, and infrastructure setup to coordinate activity across platforms through the current competition season.

We are looking for a volunteer with Social Media Marketing expertise to lead this engagement over approximately 9 weeks. The volunteer will:

- Create a comprehensive social media growth strategy focused on competitor recruitment, engagement, and publicity, including target audiences, prioritized channels, growth tactics, and measurable performance indicators.
- Design a sustainable content calendar framework that specifies cadence, post types, seasonal themes, and a 9-week plan we can manage through December 1.
- Develop a reusable template toolkit with post and caption templates, graphic templates or style guidelines, and channel-specific publishing/infrastructure recommendations to enable consistent team recruitment.

We aim to increase followers and convert these efforts into 20+ new team registrations by December 1; success will be assessed by follower growth and registration numbers over the engagement period.
