About the Opportunity

As the Founder and Executive Director of Global Empowerment Network, Inc. (GEN), I currently manage many day-to-day responsibilities, including coordinating programs, partnerships, volunteers, communications, and organizational development.

As GEN grows, I would value coaching on three priorities: how to move from personally handling many operational tasks toward leading more strategically; how to delegate responsibilities and build simple systems so work does not depend primarily on me; and how to prioritize immediate needs while staying focused on GEN’s long-term growth.

I would like practical guidance from an experienced nonprofit leader on how to make this transition while maintaining accountability and connection to GEN’s mission.

Learn more about GEN at www.globalempowermentnetwork.org.

I would like to identify my most important leadership priorities and receive practical recommendations for transitioning from day-to-day operational work toward more strategic leadership.

I would especially like guidance on delegating responsibilities, creating simple systems for shared ownership and accountability, and prioritizing GEN’s immediate needs alongside its long-term goals.

Success would mean leaving the session with a clearer leadership approach and three to five specific, realistic actions I can begin implementing immediately.
