Business & Sustainability Plan for GEN

Global Empowerment Network, Inc. (GEN) is a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit with programs in education, legal support, economic empowerment, and community support. As GEN grows, we need a realistic sustainability plan that helps us focus our limited resources on the programs and activities that are most important and achievable.

We are seeking a business planning professional to help us clarify GEN’s operating model, identify priority programs, assess realistic revenue and funding opportunities, and develop a phased growth approach that matches our current capacity.

Our main challenge is determining how GEN can grow responsibly without expanding faster than our financial, staffing, and operational resources allow.

By the end of the project, we would like a practical sustainability plan for GEN that includes:

- A clear operating model for the organization
- Identification of GEN’s priority programs and services
- Realistic revenue and funding opportunities that could support those priorities
- A phased growth roadmap with key milestones based on GEN’s current capacity

The plan should help GEN leadership make realistic decisions about what to prioritize now, what to develop later, and how to grow without exceeding our available resources.

Success would mean having a clear, practical roadmap that connects GEN’s mission and priority programs with realistic funding opportunities and manageable stages of growth.
