About the Opportunity

We are a growing organization serving young people who have aged out of foster care and youth in kinship care in South Carolina. We want to increase awareness of our work, expand our community of supporters, and better communicate the impact of our programs, but we do not have a cohesive marketing campaign or ready-to-use content that consistently tells our story and mobilizes donors, volunteers, partners, event attendees, and community advocates.

We are looking for a volunteer with Marketing Strategy expertise to develop a strategic marketing campaign and ready-to-use content our team can use across channels.

The volunteer will:
- Develop a concise campaign messaging framework that clearly communicates who we are, who we serve, the impact of our programs, and why community support matters (core message, taglines, and supporting message pillars).
- Create a package of ready-to-use social media content (post copy and suggested headlines/templates) formatted for our channels.
- Draft promotional messaging and calls to action for email, website, and community outreach as reusable copy blocks.
- Provide channel-specific recommendations for sharing impact across social media, email, website, and community outreach, including suggested formats and practical tips for implementation.
