Design a Branded Annual Impact Report and Template

The challenge we would like to address is that braveONE has experienced significant growth and impact, but we do not yet have a professionally designed annual report that brings our story, outcomes, and program growth together in one compelling resource. We have impact data, testimonials, photos, program milestones, and stories from our community, but need help turning that information into a cohesive report we can share with donors, funders, partners, families, and prospective supporters.

By the end of this project, the consultant will deliver a professionally designed, branded annual impact report that tells the story of braveONE’s growth and impact through program data, testimonials, photos, milestones, and organizational highlights. The final report should be designed for digital sharing, include an editable version our team can update in the future, and provide a reusable structure that can serve as the foundation for future braveONE annual reports.

Organization Mission

braveONE is a first-of-its-kind mentorship program connecting children living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) with screened, trained adult mentors who live with T1D too. Through intentional one-to-one relationships built around shared interests, personality and lived experience, we help kids feel less alone and more confident growing up with T1D. In just over a year, braveONE has grown to 50+ matches across 19 states, creating 134+ outings and nearly 300 hours of connection between kids and mentors. More than 150 families are currently waiting for a mentor. Our mission is simple: no child should have to navigate Type 1 Diabetes feeling like they are the only one.
