The Feather Project is a nonprofit serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness and hardship through community outreach, essential supplies, food, clothing, personal care items, and other practical support. As our organization grows and reaches out to businesses, donors, sponsors, foundations, and community partners, we need a more professional and consistent visual identity for our written communications.
We currently have our logo and basic organizational information, but we do not have professionally designed letterhead that can be used consistently for donation requests, sponsorship letters, grant correspondence, donor acknowledgments, community outreach, and other official communications.
We are seeking a volunteer graphic designer who can help us create polished, professional letterhead that reflects the compassionate, faith-based mission of The Feather Project while remaining clean, credible, and appropriate for corporate and nonprofit communications.

The final deliverables should ideally include:
* A professionally designed 8.5” x 11” letterhead
* An editable Microsoft Word version that our team can easily reuse
* A print-ready PDF version
* Proper placement of our logo, organization name, website, email, phone number, and other appropriate nonprofit information
* Consistent fonts, spacing, colors, and branding
* Adequate writing space for letters of varying lengths
* A design that works for donation requests, sponsorship letters, grant correspondence, donor acknowledgments, and general nonprofit communications
* Original/source design files if possible, so the organization can maintain the design in the future
Success would mean having a polished, professional letterhead template that The Feather Project can use consistently across all official communications.
