Marketing Plan and Implementation Calendar

We need a marketing plan that complements our existing fundraising plan. We currently have a fundraising plan in place and require a coordinated marketing approach that aligns with it.

We are looking for a volunteer with Marketing Strategy expertise to help our board and executive director implement a coordinated marketing approach.

The volunteer will:
- Create a marketing calendar outlining planned marketing activities and key dates.
- Compile a list of marketing ideas with brief descriptions that align with our fundraising efforts.
- Draft an implementable workflow and responsibilities checklist that our board can use to support the executive director in carrying out the calendar and campaign activities.
