Branded Brothers is a disabled-veteran-led Idaho nonprofit preparing its first proof-of-concept horsemanship clinics for veterans, first responders, and disabled community members. We want to use Google Ad Grants responsibly, but our website and measurement foundation are not yet ready for launch. We need a skilled volunteer to audit the live site for Google for Nonprofits and Ad Grants readiness, help select one realistic initial audience and campaign objective, and identify the highest-priority content, landing-page, analytics, and compliance changes. We have already completed a preliminary website review, identified accuracy and mobile-performance issues, and can provide organizational messaging, program plans, target audiences, and account access through Branded Brothers. This is a strategy and launch-preparation project, not ongoing ad management or a promise of fundraising results.
By the end of this 8–10 week project, the volunteer will deliver: (1) a prioritized Google Ad Grants website and account readiness checklist; (2) a launch-ready initial campaign plan covering the objective, target audience, campaign and ad-group structure, keywords, negative keywords, landing pages, calls to action, and ad concepts; (3) a conversion-measurement plan for meaningful actions such as participant inquiries, volunteer interest, donations, and partner contacts; (4) a launch checklist and practical monthly compliance and optimization guide; and (5) a coaching and handoff session for Branded Brothers' internal point person. Success means we can make the necessary site changes, activate a focused first campaign once eligible, measure results, and maintain the account responsibly. Branded Brothers will retain all account credentials, approvals, and final content decisions.
