About the Opportunity

We're a 6-year-old nonprofit in our first year as a 501(c)(3), building a documentary storytelling platform that connects NYC neighbors across generations. We have an active presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube with strong existing content, but no defined content strategy or repeatable planning process behind it. Posting has been reactive rather than planned, and we don't yet have a clear system for turning our raw material (event footage, docuseries clips, Collective member stories) into a consistent content pipeline. We need outside expertise to help us build a real strategy and structure so our internal team can execute consistently going forward.

By the end of this engagement, we'd like the consultant to deliver:
A multi-month content calendar template across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
A documented content strategy defining our voice, posting cadence, and platform-specific approach
A set of reusable content templates or sample posts our team can build from going forward

Guidance on repurposing existing raw material into a repeatable content pipeline
Success looks like our team having a clear, documented strategy and ready-to-use templates we can execute on our own. Day-to-day posting, community engagement (comments, DMs), and live event coverage will remain with our internal team, not the consultant.
