Google Workspace Club Setup

We need to build out 8–10 clubs in Google Workspace. Currently the club organizational units, shared drives, groups, calendars, and permission structures are not configured for these clubs.

We are looking for a volunteer with Google Workspace and system administration expertise to configure club workspaces and train our leaders. The volunteer will:
- Configure Google Workspace to create 8–10 club organizational units and set up corresponding Google Groups, shared drives, and club calendars with appropriate permission settings.
- Deliver written documentation that describes the organizational unit hierarchy, group membership procedures, shared drive locations and permission assignments, and calendar-sharing guidelines.
- Provide a 1-hour remote training session for club leaders covering how to access and use the shared drives, manage group membership, and use the club calendars.

The mission of the Sun City Center Community Association is to serve the residents of our 55+ adult community by promoting recreational, cultural, and educational activities and operating in lieu of a municipal government through the maximum use of volunteer services.
