About the Opportunity

Creshendo is a global, fully remote nonprofit powered by volunteers across more than 20 countries. We are looking for a dynamic, highly engaging facilitator to help our team leads become stronger, more empathetic, and more effective leaders.

Our leaders are navigating the realities of motivating volunteers, giving feedback, having difficult conversations, creating accountability without micromanaging, and keeping diverse remote teams engaged.

We also want to strengthen how they lead with empathy, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, psychological safety, and a trauma-informed lens.

We are especially looking for someone energetic, expressive, progressive, and highly interactive who understands cultural nuance and the realities of leading across countries, identities, and lived experiences. We want this to feel human and energizing, not like corporate leadership training.

The volunteer will work with Creshendo leadership to design and facilitate an approximately 2-hour interactive virtual leadership workshop tailored to our global, volunteer-led organization.

The engagement will include:

* A brief discovery conversation about our culture and leadership challenges
* Design of a highly participatory workshop
* Practical exercises and real-world leadership scenarios
* Facilitation of the virtual workshop
* Simple tools or practices leaders can continue using afterward

Topics may include volunteer motivation, feedback, difficult conversations, accountability, delegation, empathy, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, psychological safety, trauma-informed leadership, and remote team engagement.

Success means our leaders leave more confident, self-aware, and equipped to mobilize diverse volunteer teams with greater empathy, accountability, and cultural awareness.
