About the Opportunity

PurePod Foundation is a growing organization focused on food security, sustainable agriculture, farmer advancement, and community resilience. As we expand partnerships, funding opportunities, and programs, we need stronger administrative systems to support growth and improve organizational efficiency.

We are seeking a volunteer with strong administrative, project coordination, or organizational-management experience to help us establish practical systems that improve tracking, accountability, and day-to-day organization.

The volunteer will work directly with the Founder & Executive Director and help build foundational tools that can support PurePod's next stage of growth.

By the end of this project, PurePod Foundation will have a simple, organized administrative framework that supports project management and organizational coordination.

Deliverables:

• A centralized project tracking system for key organizational initiatives
• A funding and grant opportunity tracker
• A partnership and stakeholder contact tracker
• Recommendations for organizing key organizational documents and information
• A simple process for tracking priorities, deadlines, and action items

Success will mean PurePod leadership has greater visibility into projects, partnerships, funding opportunities, and organizational priorities through systems that can be maintained after the project concludes.
