Tabling Kit Redesign

We Are Artistic currently has a tabling kit in PDF form with all content, roles, policies, and activity descriptions written, but the document needs to be rewritten, reorganized, and polished so it is clearer, more professional, and easier for volunteers to use. We want the tone and language to reflect our welcoming, inclusive mission and the structure to guide volunteers—of varied ages and experience—through activities, roles, and policies in a logical, easy-to-follow way.

We are looking for a volunteer with Copywriting and Editing expertise to rewrite, reorganize, and polish our Tabling Kit. The volunteer will:
- Deliver a fully rewritten and reorganized tabling kit text with improved clarity, flow, and a professional, welcoming tone aligned to our mission
- Produce a clean, polished, volunteer-friendly version of every section, ensuring activity descriptions, policies, and role explanations are simple to understand for volunteers of all ages
- Provide an editable source file (Google Docs or Word) containing the revised copy
- Provide a final print-ready PDF containing the updated text and structure
We will provide the current tabling kit PDF and all existing text, roles, policies, and activity descriptions for use.

We make it easy for artists to connect with one another, whether through our active community or at the in‑person events we host across the DMV. We also offer virtual programming, ensuring creativity can shine from anywhere.
