We are losing board members and need support to address board attrition.

The volunteer will deliver a written board recruitment strategy to attract board members with key skills. We are looking for a volunteer with Board Development and Recruiting expertise to develop this strategy. I am looking for board members with expertise across multiple areas such as: Finance/Accounting, Technology, Sales/Marketing, and Legal, Healthcare.
