About the Opportunity

We need to streamline our content creation and marketing efforts to maintain an active, highly engaging presence across our primary social channels. Currently we do not have a lightweight, repeatable system that turns raw event and member information (meeting announcements, member spotlights, referral wins, recap posts) into scheduled posts. We want to leverage generative AI and social media management platforms to automate those content pipelines so our leadership and volunteers save time while keeping consistent brand voice and engagement.

We are looking for a volunteer with AI-driven marketing and workflow automation expertise to design and implement lightweight, sustainable social media and marketing workflows for WIN1.

The volunteer will:
- Deliver a tailored AI content creation and prompt framework formatted for WIN1's brand voice, including ready-to-use prompts for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva Magic Studio and post templates for recurring types (monthly meeting invitations, new member spotlights, business tips, and event recaps).
- Produce an Automated Marketing Workflow & Operations Guide: a step-by-step SOP that shows how to go from raw event/member information to scheduled posts using low-cost or free automation tools (examples: Zapier, Make, Buffer, Canva), plus specific recommendations for scheduling software or cross-posting setups suited to a small organization.
- Provide a Volunteer Onboarding & Implementation Guide and training: a simple, visual workflow document for non-technical staff and future social media volunteers, and a 30–45 minute recorded or live handoff training session demonstrating how to use the prompts, templates, and automation steps.
