Web App Debugging

H.O.P.E. Leadership Group has built a web application called the H.O.P.E. Elite Tracker using Base44, designed to support our student-athlete mentorship program across four pillars: Habits, Ownership, Purpose, and Execution. The app serves four user roles — mentees, mentors, parents, and admins — each with specific tools and access levels. Currently the app is not functioning correctly and needs a developer to identify and fix the bugs and stabilize all existing features so the program can begin using it with confidence.

A fully functioning web application with all current bugs identified and resolved, including correct role-based access for mentees, mentors, parents, and admins. Specific features that must be working include the daily tracker, 40-question intake assessment, auto-generated focus questions, mentor meeting logs, parent read-only access links, admin dashboard with reporting and CSV export, and daily motivational content. Success looks like a stable, fully functional app that our program can launch and run with confidence.
