Volunteer Recruitment & Onboarding System

Powerful Girl Broadcast is seeking a skilled volunteer to develop a simple, organized volunteer recruitment and onboarding system. The project will include recruitment procedures, volunteer screening guidelines, an onboarding checklist, and basic orientation and training materials. The goal is to create a clear process that helps us recruit, prepare, and successfully welcome volunteers across our programs and chapters.
