Administrative Workflow and Task Tracking System

We are looking for a volunteer with operations, project management, or nonprofit administration expertise to design and deliver the following outputs. The volunteer will:
- Deliver an Administrative Workflow Guide and Process Map: a clear, standardized workflow document and visual process map that outlines procedures for recurring office operations (calendar management, inquiry triage, digital file organization, and document preparation/formatting) and roles/responsibilities for interns and staff.
- Create a Google Sheets Task & Activity Tracker: a customized, easy-to-maintain Google Sheets tracker configured to monitor ongoing assignments, deadlines, task owners (including intern responsibilities), status, and priority so leadership can see progress at a glance.
- Provide an Intern Supervisory Check-In Checklist and Quality-Review Rubric: a practical check-in checklist and a short rubric that CHC leadership can use to guide supervisory conversations, assess intern deliverables, and standardize quality reviews.

Organization Mission

The Community Health Coalition is a 501-C 3 non-profit organization founded in 1989, by Elaine Hart-Brothers, MD, MPH an Internist and Mr. John Mickle, MBA. The community-based Health Coalition is fortified by its linkage with the Durham Academy of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy (an association for African-American medical professionals) to provide both volunteer leadership and medical grounding. The Health Coalition brings together and focuses existing community resources to provide culturally sensitive and specific health education, promotion and disease prevention activities to and in Durham's African-American community.
