Google Ads Campaign Setup

We are looking for a volunteer with Google Ads (Google Grants) and Google Analytics / paid-search expertise to build a Grants-compliant outreach campaign and document how we should run and maintain it.

The volunteer will:
- Produce a recommended campaign structure tailored to Google Grants, including account/campaign naming, campaign types, ad group organization, and suggested match-type strategy, delivered as a one-page implementation plan.
- Perform keyword research and deliver a prioritized keyword list with suggested match types and a starter set of negative keywords organized by campaign/ad group.
- Write multiple variants of written ad copy and ad extension text (responsive search ad headlines and descriptions, sitelinks/callouts) targeted to the audience segments we described, delivered as copy ready to paste into the account.
- Recommend bidding and CTR optimization tactics compatible with Google Grants (suggested bid settings, CTR improvement tips, and a brief monitoring checklist), delivered as a one-page strategy.
- Set up or document conversion tracking and reporting: provide step-by-step instructions to configure conversions (and link to Analytics if available), plus a simple reporting dashboard or spreadsheet template for ongoing optimization.
- Deliver account maintenance documentation that explains routine tasks to remain compliant with Grants click-through and quality requirements, a 30/60/90-day optimization checklist, and concise onboarding notes our team can use to maintain the account remotely.

Justice For Heroes NFP helps victims and families affected by state-sponsored terrorism pursue justice by supporting research, evidence development, legal education, and case preparation. We educate survivors about available legal remedies, support evidence development and research, and help strengthen accountability efforts so those who served our nation are not left to pursue justice alone. Victims of state-sponsored terrorism often face overwhelming emotional, financial, and legal challenges. Justice For Heroes NFP exists to ensure they have access to information, research, and resources that help move accountability efforts forward. Any U.S. citizen who is a victim of state-sponsored terrorism and presents a successful case in U.S. federal court can apply for compensation via the United States Victims of State-Sponsored Terrorism (USVSST) Fund. A high percentage of Americans impacted by state-sponsored terrorism over the last two decades have been Gold Star families and U.S. military combat veterans.
