We are transitioning golden eyes project from development toward initial program implementation. Although our mission, organizational model, and the foundations of our child-empowering initiatives are established, much of our work is still in development and we have not yet built a consistent social media presence or meaningful following.
We are requesting professional guidance on how to begin building an authentic audience and how to communicate our blend of child empowerment, art & design, regenerative thinking, and community-based initiatives while programs, partnerships, and our creative ecosystem continue to take shape.
Develop a manageable Instagram content-development workflow, scheduling framework, and initial implementation roadmap based on gep’s Social Media Goals & Vision. The strategy should translate those goals into a practical delivery system for Instagram, recommending how often to post, how content themes should be balanced & sequenced, when to use feed posts, stories, reels, collaborations and other Instagram features, and how content can be structured to increase reach, participation, awareness & support.
Interns should have clear guidance on which category of content to develop for a post and when to schedule it while retaining creative freedom in the visual design, captioning & execution. Compile these materials into a social media strategy & implementation playbook to support interns.
Instagram will serve as gep’s primary social platform, with content reshared to other platforms.
gep Social Media Goals & Vision:
Public Participation: Fun, interactive ways for the public to engage with the mission through gep Magazine-style challenges, art contests & playful, interactive posts.
Network Recruitment: Attracting creators, advisors, partners, volunteers, and other mission-aligned people and route inquiries received via social media.
Mission, Program & Impact Storytelling: Sharing gep’s mission, pilot prep, launch, milestones, and eventual pilot outcomes in creative ways.
Creative Commerce Storytelling: Showcasing our contributing creators, their artwork, gep's gallery pieces, merch, and future creative collaborations through social media, with clear pathways for followers who want to learn more, purchase, or participate.
Supporter Awareness: Naturally communicating the diverse ways one can support gep, including monetary contributions, and directing potential contributors to the appropriate giving pathway.
This project is not intended to develop a separate e-commerce, gallery marketing or fundraising strategy.
