About the Opportunity

We currently rely on individual school introductions and one-off outreach to connect students to our virtual, project-based STEM programs. This approach is not creating repeatable pathways from school engagement to student enrollment and ongoing participation.

We need a structured strategy to identify the right education partners and decision-makers, articulate a compelling value proposition, and determine the right partnership models—including individual schools, school networks, intermediary organizations and after-school networks, and districts.

Our goal is to move from relationship-dependent outreach to a repeatable school partnership model that helps Girls Set Go expand student access, strengthen enrollment, and build sustainable relationships with education partners.

We are looking for a volunteer with Business Development and Strategic Partnerships expertise to develop a School & District Partnership Strategy for Girls Set Go. The volunteer will:

Develop a clear school partnership value proposition explaining why principals, counselors, STEM/CTE leaders, and district administrators should partner with Girls Set Go, including key benefits for students and schools.

Develop a concise menu of partnership models—including individual-school partnerships, multi-school pilots, intermediary organizations and after-school networks, and district/community partnerships—with recommended engagement approaches for each.

Assess how Girls Set Go complements existing initiatives in STEM, technology, college and career readiness, and enrichment, and identify opportunities for partnership rather than duplication.
