Automate Salesforce Data Integration via n8n Middleware

We are looking for a volunteer with middleware and systems-integration expertise—hands-on experience with n8n, REST APIs, webhooks, and Salesforce—to build, test, and document the integrations below.

The volunteer will:
- Build and improve n8n workflows that ingest Lyft ride data and intake-form submissions and push mapped records into Salesforce using REST and/or Bulk API; deliver configured n8n workflow exports (JSON) and example payloads.
- Implement webhook-based workflows and set up secure API authentication/credentials for involved systems; deliver a list of configured webhooks and authentication methods used (e.g., OAuth, API keys) and where credentials are stored/configured in n8n.
- Map and transform data between source systems and Salesforce; deliver a data-mapping document that lists source fields, target Salesforce objects/fields, transformation rules, and any validation rules.
- Add error handling, retry logic, and basic monitoring/troubleshooting steps; deliver documented error-handling approach, common error cases with resolutions, and sample logs or alerts used during testing.
- Test the integrations and provide deployment and handover documentation; deliver a test plan with test cases/results and a short implementation guide so our team can run and maintain the workflows.

Optionally, provide a short roadmap (1–2 pages) for the next phase: connecting Givebutter to QuickBooks Online, exploring Stripe/payment gateway options, and additional automation opportunities.

By providing safe rides and connecting survivors to real resources, ARMY PiNK helps make that critical moment safer and gives each survivor the support to move forward and start again. Leaving abuse isn’t just physical — it often leaves the spirit broken. Army Pink curates a healing space designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance. Survivors can access meditation, crystal bowls, movement, and trauma-informed yoga, thoughtfully selected to support recovery and resilience. These resources help survivors reconnect with themselves, soothe stress, and rebuild a sense of safety and wholeness, nurturing the part of them most deeply wounded.
