About the Opportunity

We need to create a merit incentive program and perform a cost-of-living analysis for CMT Research Foundation to define our compensation and reward approach.

We are looking for a volunteer with HR Management expertise to develop a complete compensation and incentive plan. The volunteer will:
- Produce a documented merit incentive program.
- Deliver a cost-of-living analysis report.
