Google Ads Campaign for Competitor Recruitment

We are seeking more competitors for this year's competition season and want to increase the number of team registrations.

We are looking for a volunteer with Google Ads and digital advertising expertise to set up and manage paid campaigns focused on recruiting teams to our competition. The volunteer will:
- Set up and manage a Google Ads campaign, including ad creative, audience targeting, budget pacing, and conversion tracking using direct links to our registration page.
- Implement additional paid advertisement methods (for example, social media ads or other platforms) and create tracked links that attribute registrations to each channel.
- Work with their fellow advertisers to complete this project.
- Communicate with the organization's leadership team, as required by the bylaws, for high-level decision-making and other factors that may have an impact on the organization.

The goal is that this will deliver at least 50 new team registrations for this year's competition season that originate from tracked ad links. The volunteer will have acess to $10,000 of funds per month, or about $329/day.
