Logo design for a collaborative effort

We're a small charity in Mozambique and we're part of a larger coalition of small, grassroots NGOs called The Inhambane Seascape Alliance. We became an alliance because lots of us small NGOs were working together informally, and we decided to formalize it to give us a competitive edge against the big NGOs that often suck up funding and repeat work already done. Now, one year on, our alliance has started to gain traction and Government is paying attention. We recently signed a conservation MOU with government to help private, civil and public sectors communicate and collaborate on conservation efforts along the coastline better. Now that we're gaining recognition publicly, it's time we develop a logo to use that can become recognizable for the alliance.

The Inhambane Seascape Alliance is made up of Love The Oceans (Jangamo), Parco (Vilanculos), Marine Megafauna Foundation (Tofo), Wild Impact (Vilanculos) and Santuário Bravio de Vilanculos (Vilanculos). We need to create a logo which demonstrates our commitment to our local community, nature (especially the ocean) and collaboration. We created something in AI that was very basic, but we want something with a human touch - we want someone to design us a logo.
