About the Opportunity

We need support with Slack operations and administration. We are seeking a Slack enthusiast with prior Slack admin/manager experience to answer questions from users, improve day-to-day Slack use, and help team members adopt and enjoy Slack.

We are looking for a volunteer with Slack administration and workspace management expertise to support our Slack operations. The volunteer will:
- Produce a Slack admin audit report that summarizes current admin settings and workspace configuration, identifies issues or opportunities, and provides prioritized recommendations and best practices.
- Deliver a 1-hour remote training session for admins and power users that presents the audit findings, demonstrates recommended workflows, and offers practical tips for daily use.
- Create a user onboarding guide for new Slack users with step-by-step setup instructions and practical guidance to get started.
- Answer Slack questions from our team during the engagement and provide a short FAQ or tipsheet addressing common user questions to improve adoption and satisfaction.
