About the Opportunity

Face Friends Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Sugar Hill, Georgia dedicated to alleviating food insecurity and reducing health and educational disparities for youth, unemployed adults, and small business owners in the Gwinnett County corridor.

We are an all-volunteer organization running multiple departments, coordinating across time zones, and managing a growing team — all without a formal operations manual holding it together. Our core processes exist but they live in one person's memory rather than in a document any team member can access and follow independently. When that person is unavailable, institutional knowledge disappears with them.

We need a skilled operations professional to capture and document what we do so the organization can run consistently without depending on any single individual.

A concise Standard Operating Procedures manual covering the foundation's core recurring processes — volunteer onboarding, department reporting, task management, platform administration on Bitrix24, and Executive Director communications. The finished document gives every department head and volunteer a clear, repeatable reference for how work gets done at Face Friends Foundation, so institutional knowledge lives in a system rather than in any one person's memory. This engagement is fully self-contained and can begin immediately.
