About the Opportunity

LiLY is entering its next stage of growth and is seeking a pro bono consultant to help us develop a clear, practical organizational development plan.

Over three months, the consultant will facilitate our committee’s planning and decision-making process, helping us clarify priorities, identify organizational needs, and establish agreed-upon next steps.

We have existing documentation, a designated point of contact, and strong committee leadership buy-in.

By the end of the three-month project, LiLY will have a clear, practical organizational development roadmap to guide our next stage of growth.

The volunteer will:

* Facilitate approximately 6 virtual committee meetings over three months.
* Help the committee identify and prioritize key organizational needs and opportunities.
* Document decisions, priorities, and agreed-upon next steps throughout the process.
* Produce a concise final organizational development plan outlining 3–5 priority areas, key actions, and immediate next steps.

Success will mean that the committee has greater clarity and alignment about what LiLY needs to strengthen, what to focus on first, and how to move forward. The final plan will be practical and usable, rather than a lengthy strategic planning document.
