About the Opportunity

We have created and launched our advisory board, which is a milestone for our organization. This presents a marketing opportunity to raise awareness about Glowi, Inc and celebrate the work of our advisory team, but we are unsure how to craft and sequence the announcement. We need clarity on what content to post, what graphics to create in Canva, and what instructions to give advisors so they can amplify the announcement effectively.

We are looking for a volunteer with Communications and Social Media expertise to plan a concise advisory board announcement mini-campaign and produce the materials our team can use to execute it. The volunteer will:
- Draft a short mini-campaign content plan that includes a recommended posting schedule/timing, suggested post copy/captions for each post, recommended calls to action and hashtag guidance, and one metric to track for early impact.
- Advise on Canva graphics (image sizes, color/typography suggestions, and layout notes) for the announcement posts (we will make them, we just need direction)
- Create an advisor amplification kit: a brief outreach message/email to send advisors, a copy-and-paste social caption for advisors to share, clear instructions on when and where to post/share (day/time and tagging guidance,) and suggested talking points advisors can use when sharing.
