Financial Processes Recommendation

We are a small, volunteer-led grassroots organization with limited resources and currently do not have documented financial processes. This gap makes it difficult for our team to operate consistently and to hand off or scale financial duties within our volunteer structure.

We are looking for a volunteer with Accounting & Budgeting expertise to create a concrete, ready-to-implement recommendation for our financial processes. The volunteer will deliver a written, prioritized recommendation tailored to our scale and volunteer capacity, plus a clear step-by-step implementation plan and timeline so the recommendation can be put into practice by mid-October. The deliverable should be concise and include actionable next steps our volunteers can follow.
