BAXTALY Revenue Development and Partnership System

We are looking for a volunteer with Fundraising & Business Development expertise to design and document a practical, repeatable revenue development and partnership system for BAXTALY nfp. The volunteer will:
- Create a prioritization framework and scoring rubric with a one-page tool we can use to evaluate and rank incoming opportunities and partnership leads.
- Produce a program-to-funder mapping (spreadsheet) that matches each of our programs or program types to the most appropriate funding sources and partnership approaches (e.g., foundation, corporate sponsorship, fee-for-service, in-kind).
- Design a partner/donor pipeline with defined stages, required actions at each stage, and a follow-up cadence; deliver a simple tracking template (spreadsheet) we can use to move relationships from initial contact to funded partnership.
- Build a predictable development calendar template that schedules outreach, proposal deadlines, stewardship activities, and reporting timeframes, plus a short implementation checklist with recommended next steps our team can follow to operate the system.
