Help us combine two websites into one clearer and more effective website

Our organization has changed, moving from direct service delivery to technology innovation, and we need to find the right way to present ourselves. We currently have two websites, one for our organization (globalstrategies.org) and one for what has become our main program, tablet software for clinicians in the developing world (noviguide.com -- we chose .com to be more memorable, but it's not for-profit). We want to combine them into a single site (maybe noviguide.com redirects to a section on globalstrategies.org) and do a better job of sharing our story and explaining our impact to date. We need to find the right balance between the two identities/brands.
