About the Opportunity

Spiritual Wellfare Inc’s mission is to transform community’s capacity to build generational freedom through somatic healing, ancestral wisdom, and collective care. We currently run Embers of Soulstice, our flagship retreat, and are building out Feel to Heal, a financial literacy curriculum with a train-the-trainer model for foster youth serving organizations and a direct community model, alongside Feeling Our Finances, a clinical psychotherapy group addressing financial trauma. We also want to launch a therapy fund providing free or subsidized therapy access for survivors of gender-based violence and former foster youth. As a young, survivor-led organization, we don’t yet have a roadmap for how these programs build on each other over the next five years, what order to launch and scale them in, or what funding and staffing we need at each stage. We haven’t built a formal business plan before, so we’re making sequencing and growth decisions without a clear long-term strategy behind them.

We need a 5-year business plan organized around our three pillars: economic mobility, holistic healing, and community building. The plan should sequence our programs in a realistic launch order, outline the funding, staffing, and readiness benchmarks needed before scaling each one, and account for how the therapy fund fits into that growth. Success looks like having a clear, written roadmap we can use to guide decisions, share with funders and board members, and revisit as we grow.
