About the Opportunity

Spiritual Wellfare Inc’s mission is to transform community’s capacity to build generational freedom through somatic healing, ancestral wisdom, and collective care. We run multiple programs toward this mission: Embers of Soulstice, our flagship retreat; Feel to Heal, a financial literacy curriculum with two models, one that trains foster youth serving organizations to teach the curriculum to foster youth, and one offered directly to community members; and Feeling Our Finances, a clinical psychotherapy group that helps people heal their relationship with money and financial trauma. We have tried building surveys to capture feedback, but nothing we’ve created shows concrete, long-term impact. We know our work is changing people’s lives, but we don’t have a real framework for what to measure or how to track it over time across these different programs. This makes it hard to write strong grant reports, tell our story with data, or know which programs are working best. We don’t have the expertise in-house to design this properly.

We need a clear impact measurement strategy: what outcomes we should be tracking across our programs (not just attendance or satisfaction, but real long-term impact), what methods or tools fit a small team, and how often to measure. The deliverable should be a written framework or plan we can hand off internally, defining what to measure and why. Success looks like having a strong foundation in place to inform a future dashboard build and guide execution going forward, even before that tool is built.
