Volunteer Growth Marketing Strategy

We need to develop a marketing strategy to drive volunteer growth and increase engagement across two distinct channels: college and community. We want clearer audience segmentation and channel-specific approaches to better reach and engage prospective volunteers in each context.

The volunteer will contribute to a documented volunteer growth and engagement strategy that defines audience segments for both our college and community channels and outlines channel-specific recruitment and engagement tactics for each segment. We are looking for a volunteer with Marketing Strategy expertise to collaborate remotely with our team.

From cafes and college campuses to libraries, hospitals, community centers, retirement communities, and recreational venues, Chatty Cafe tables provide safe and inclusive places where people can sit, talk, and build meaningful social connections. We believe that even brief, everyday conversations — a chat while having coffee or sharing a table — can help people feel more connected and less alone, reminding us that even small moments of connection can brighten lives and strengthen communities.
