About the Opportunity

Chasing the Rainbows is invisible in search. When a family searches "pregnancy loss support," we don't appear. When someone searches "free miscarriage counseling" or "infant loss support," we're not there. Yet we have exactly what people need.

The Problem:
Our website isn't optimized for search engines. We're not ranking for high-intent keywords that grieving families search for daily. We have Google Nonprofit Ad Grants (free advertising) but don't know how to use them effectively. We have a paid Google Ads account but lack strategy on budget allocation and keywords. We don't understand our SEO gaps or how to compete. Our content isn't optimized for search. We're missing thousands of families actively searching for support we provide.

Specific Challenges:
Google Nonprofit Ads underutilized
Paid Google Ads strategy unclear
No keyword research or competitive analysis
Missing budget allocation strategy
No conversion tracking or optimization
Can't measure what's working

Why It Matters:
SEO brings free, sustainable traffic. Google Ads reaches people in crisis searching right now. When someone searches "free pregnancy loss support," we need to be first. Nonprofit ad grants are worth $10,000+ monthly. Paid ads drive immediate awareness. Combined strategy reaches everyone.

The Vision:
Optimized website ranking for all pregnancy loss keywords, strategic use of nonprofit ad grants, and paid search campaigns reaching families when they need us most.

By the end of this 12-week project, we need a fully configured Google Nonprofit Ad Grant account ready for our team to manage.

Deliverable 1: Account Setup and Compliance
Complete account audit, compliance verification, settings configured, budget allocated ($10,000), and user access established.

Deliverable 2: Campaign Structure and Keywords
Five campaigns organized by theme (pregnancy loss support, miscarriage support, stillbirth support, infant loss support, grief counseling). High-intent keyword research with long-tail and seasonal variations. Negative keywords to avoid irrelevant clicks.

Deliverable 3: Ad Copy and Conversion Tracking
Ad copy written and tested for each campaign with clear call-to-action. Google Analytics configured with goal tracking (website visits, hotline calls, support group sign-ups, therapy requests). UTM parameters set up. Dashboard for tracking conversions and ROI.

Deliverable 4: Documentation and Team Training
Complete documentation of account setup, campaign structure, and keyword strategy. Training session with your team on managing campaigns, monitoring performance, adjusting bids, and adding keywords. Documentation includes seasonal planning.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Google Ad Grant fully activated with $10,000 monthly budget deployed. High-intent pregnancy loss keywords targeted. Ad copy compelling and compliant. Conversion tracking working. Your team knows how to manage the account. Families searching for support are finding you.

That's 21,000 stillbirths and 24,000 infant losses annually in the United States alone, affecting over 1 million families each year. Yet pregnancy loss and infant loss remain some of the most under-discussed, under-resourced, under-supported health crises in America. The Isolation: Most grieving families are completely alone. They don't know where to turn. They can't afford therapy. They don't know other families who've experienced what they have. The grief is compounded by isolation, stigma, and the crushing weight of believing they're the only ones. The Cost: For families already devastated by loss, adding the financial burden of therapy, counseling, funeral costs, and support services is impossible. Mental health care is expensive. Funerals are expensive. Community is expensive. And so families grieve silently, without help, and often without hope. The Gap: There is no other nonprofit providing the breadth and depth of free, comprehensive support that pregnancy and infant loss families need. We fill that gap completely—removing every barrier to healing. No family should grieve alone. No family should pay to heal. And no million families experiencing pregnancy loss should have to search desperately for help that should be visible, accessible, and free. With your pro bono PR support, we can make sure every family that experiences pregnancy loss or infant loss knows Chasing the Rainbows exists and knows they're not alone. Together, we transform grief into healing. Together, we give hope back to families who've lost everything.
