About the Opportunity

Our organization is switching from Outlook to Google Workspace. We need a skilled IT volunteer to help us apply for a Google for Nonprofits account and manage the transition to Google Workspace. Our main focus is a secure migration, with particular concern for email transfer to guarantee zero data loss. If you can help us safely migrate our mailboxes, calendars, and contacts while configuring the new workspace, we would appreciate your expertise.

It will clear up messy email chains, keep our daily group chats in one easy place and make finding and sharing updates instant. By eliminating technical friction and saving critical administrative hours, this transition allows our staff to focus less on IT issues and dedicate more time, energy, and resources directly toward expanding our core mission and serving our community.
