Implement Core Operating Systems for an Early-Stage Global Nonprofit Serving Refugees and Migrants

Over approximately 6 to 8 weeks, the pro bono consultant will help implement a core set of priority operating systems across Creshendo.

Specific deliverables may include:

* Implementing and documenting priority SOPs and workflows
* Standardizing how teams track priorities, decisions, risks, and follow-ups
* Clarifying ownership, accountability, and cross-team handoffs
* Creating shared templates and operating practices that teams can use immediately
* Integrating our organizational dashboard into regular planning and progress tracking
* Streamlining overlapping or inconsistent processes
* Connecting systems across operations, HR, monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and other functions where appropriate
* Orienting relevant Team Leads to the new processes and incorporating feedback
* Documenting final systems for continued use after the project

Success means the priority systems are live and being used, not simply recommended. Team Leads should understand how they work, leadership should have greater visibility across teams, and Creshendo should leave the engagement with a simpler, more consistent operational foundation that we can maintain as we grow.
