About the Opportunity

We need to create and preschedule content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Bluesky for our Fall 2026 Salons. We already know the event dates and lineups and have some existing post templates. We purchased a LATER subscription but its current interface and setup have exceeded our ability to configure and preschedule the campaign. We would like a seasoned professional opinion on the content and cadence of our marketing plan and assets and hands-on help getting the posts scheduled.

The volunteer will deliver a cross-platform content plan and preschedule posts in our LATER account for the Fall 2026 Salons. We are looking for a volunteer with Social Media Marketing expertise to review our templates, create platform-appropriate posts, and set up scheduled publishing in LATER. We can allocate calls up to twice weekly if needed.

The volunteer will:
- Create a content calendar and platform-tailored post assets (post copy, recommended images/graphics, captions, hashtags, and posting times) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Bluesky using our event and lineup information and our existing templates.
- Review our existing templates and provide written recommendations to refine visuals, captions, and the posting cadence so content is consistent across platforms.
- Work remotely with our staff to preschedule the agreed posts in our LATER account and confirm the posts are queued and visible to our team.

PLEASE NOTE that if "Later" is a platform that has serious flaws or if you think we would do better on a different scheduling platform, we are ready to listen, We merely already have the subscription there.)
