About the Opportunity

APILO is migrating from WordPress to Webflow and needs to preserve our existing search rankings. Our WordPress site currently uses Yoast SEO for metadata management and the Redirection plugin for 301 redirects. We need a volunteer to audit our current WordPress URL structure, map old URLs to new Webflow URLs, implement 301 redirects, migrate SEO metadata (page titles, descriptions, alt text), and verify everything in Google Search Console post-launch. Our WordPress site will remain accessible as a reference throughout the project. The Deputy Director is the primary point of contact and will provide credentials and timely feedback.

Deliverables include a completed URL redirect map, 301 redirects implemented in Webflow, SEO metadata migrated to all core pages, and a post-launch Google Search Console verification report. Success means no significant drop in organic search visibility after launch and no broken links for community members finding us through search.

We provide direct legal and social services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, elder abuse, and those facing housing, immigration, and disability challenges.
