We are seeking an experienced HR professional to advise on team management and recruitment of volunteers, board members and freelancers. Help us build a structured, repeatable approach to volunteer and board recruitment and onboarding, including how we source and evaluate candidates, how we welcome new team and board members, and how we align recruitment with our organization's values and strategic needs going forward.

We are looking for an HR volunteer with the expertise to create documented, reusable recruitment and onboarding processes for volunteers, board members, and freelancers.
