YTNRI Youth Impact & Evaluation System

The primary deliverable will be a practical YTNRI Youth Program Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Framework.

The volunteer will help YTNRI:

* Develop a simple program logic model connecting activities, outputs, and outcomes.
* Identify and prioritize approximately 8–12 key outcomes and indicators.
* Define how each indicator will be measured and what data source should be used.
* Develop or refine a practical pre- and post-program assessment.
* Develop a participant feedback/satisfaction survey.
* Establish a basic attendance and participation measurement framework.
* Create a simple data collection schedule identifying what should be collected, when, and by whom.
* Develop a basic framework for using evaluation findings in program improvement and grant reporting.

The final product should be easy for YTNRI staff to understand, maintain, and use across future youth programs.

A future data dashboard is outside the scope of this project. However, the M&E framework should establish the foundation for a dashboard or data visualization project in a future phase.

Success will mean that YTNRI has a clear, practical, and sustainable evaluation system that staff can use consistently across our youth programs. We will know what outcomes we are measuring, which indicators demonstrate progress, what data we need to collect, and how to use that information to improve programming and communicate impact.

The completed framework will strengthen YTNRI's ability to demonstrate how our programs help youth ages 12–24 develop leadership, workforce readiness, financial literacy, confidence, career exposure, and other skills that support education, employment, and economic independence. It will also provide a strong foundation for future grant reporting, funder communications, program planning, and development of a data dashboard.
