About the Opportunity

We are looking for a consultant to help us complete our Power BI Dashboard to strengthen information access and produce regular insights across web and caller data for our partner. Volunteers will help MD Information Network better identify service needs and gaps and support aligned, data-driven decisions that benefit the communities we serve.

Finish and configure the existing Power BI Dashboard to ingest and combine monthly web search data with other data sources (caller data, etc.). Define data mappings, create a monthly pull/refresh process, and propose ways to handle inconsistent caller records.

We already have a partially built Power BI dashboard and some data connections. Volunteers will work with our team to review current feeds, define mapping rules, and implement monthly ingestion or scheduled refreshes. Specific access, data samples, and priorities will be provided during interviews.
