About the Opportunity

MOLA is seeking a skilled volunteer to develop a sustainable sponsorship pipeline and stewardship system. We need help creating a structured process for prospect identification, outreach, tracking, follow-up, benefit fulfillment, stewardship, renewals, and KPIs, along with practical tools and templates our team can use across programs and events.

Sponsorship revenue helps sustain MOLA’s programs, events, scholarships, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. A stronger sponsorship system will help us build lasting corporate and institutional relationships, increase revenue, and expand our impact for Latino healthcare professionals and students.

MOLA has leadership support, established sponsorship opportunities, existing sponsor relationships, prospect lists, and sponsorship materials. We will provide relevant information, meet regularly, and provide timely feedback. Our team will implement the resulting system to manage and grow sponsorships year-round.
