About the Opportunity

MOLA is seeking a skilled volunteer to develop an organization-wide marketing and communications strategy. We provide high-quality programming and opportunities, but struggle to reach broader audiences; after nine years, awareness of MOLA remains limited. We need help defining our audiences, messaging, channels, content strategy, campaigns, and KPIs to significantly increase MOLA's visibility, engagement, and reach.

MOLA’s sustainability and impact depend on growing individual and institutional membership, partnerships, and sponsorships. A stronger marketing strategy will increase awareness, expand our network, attract supporters, and ultimately strengthen the programs and opportunities we provide to Latino healthcare professionals and students.

MOLA has leadership support and existing communications assets, including email, social media, website, event, and program materials. We will provide access to relevant data and analytics, meet regularly, and provide timely feedback. Our team will use the resulting strategy to guide ongoing marketing, communications, and audience growth.
