QuickBooks seasonal program budgets

This work will help Otters Den Nature School track budgets by seasonal programs and plan monthly expenditures, improving financial planning so after-school outdoor learning remains high-quality and affordable. Volunteers will directly support better resource allocation for hands-on STEM and field-based learning.

Our team is ready to collaborate and will provide current QuickBooks reports and program schedules; specifics will be provided during interviews. Staff will be available to clarify goals and to review and implement the volunteer’s recommendations.
