90-Day Fundraising and Sponsorship Strategy for a New Microschool

Live2Create Leadership Academy exists to provide middle school students with a faith-centered, leadership-driven learning environment focused on purpose, creativity, real-world learning, and personal growth.

A strong fundraising and sponsorship strategy will allow us to expand access to families who believe in the model but cannot afford full tuition, strengthen our launch capacity, and build a more sustainable financial foundation for the school.

The volunteer’s work will directly support our ability to serve students, fund scholarships, onboard staff, and ensure that finances do not become the primary barrier between families and a learning environment that may be a better fit for their child.

Our organization has already established its mission, program model, tuition structure, fundraising goals, website, donor campaign, board of directors, and community relationships. We have also begun donor outreach, sponsorship conversations, church partnership development, and grassroots fundraising.

The founder will lead this project and will provide access to our current fundraising materials, budget, donor campaign, sponsorship ideas, organizational overview, and existing prospect lists. We are prepared to meet consistently, provide timely feedback, and make decisions quickly so the volunteer can focus on helping us build a strategy we can immediately execute.
