About the Opportunity

Our goal is to create a practical 90-day fundraising and partnership strategy that helps Live2Create Leadership Academy reach its first $30,000 in launch capital while establishing a longer-term path toward our $250,000 SEED250 fundraising goal.

We are seeking a skilled volunteer who can help us turn our existing fundraising efforts into a clear, repeatable revenue system across individual and major donors, corporate partners, churches, scholarship sponsors, recurring donors, peer-to-peer fundraising, and community partners.

Key deliverables may include a 90-day fundraising action plan; donor and partner pipeline structure; major donor identification, cultivation, and ask strategy; recommended corporate partnership levels and opportunities; church partnership approach; peer-to-peer and recurring giving strategy; outreach and follow-up cadence; and clear fundraising KPIs we can track weekly.

We are particularly interested in building a relationship-driven fundraising model that moves beyond one-time campaigns and transactional sponsorships. For corporate and community partners, we want to identify opportunities that connect investment with meaningful student outcomes such as leadership development, career exposure, entrepreneurship, mentorship, scholarships, and real-world learning.

We have many of the pieces already in place, but need help turning them into one focused and executable fundraising system.

Live2Create Leadership Academy is a faith-centered, studio-based microschool serving middle school students through purpose, creativity, leadership, real-world learning, and personalized growth.

A strong fundraising and partnership strategy will allow us to expand access for families who believe in the model but cannot afford full tuition, strengthen our operating runway, invest in student experiences and staff, and build a more sustainable financial foundation for the Academy.

The volunteer's work will directly support our ability to serve students, fund scholarships, strengthen programming, onboard staff, and ensure that finances do not become the primary barrier between families and a learning environment that may be a better fit for their child.

Our organization has already established its mission, program model, tuition structure, fundraising goals, website, donor campaign, board of directors, and community relationships. We have also begun donor outreach, corporate partnership conversations, church partnership development, grassroots fundraising, and our SEED250 founding donor campaign.

This is not a project starting from zero. We are looking for someone who can assess what is already in motion, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, organize our prospect and revenue pipeline, and help us establish a disciplined fundraising cadence that our founder and board can immediately execute.

The founder will lead this project and provide access to current fundraising materials, budget and financial targets, donor campaign, partnership concepts, organizational overview, and existing prospect lists. We are prepared to meet consistently, provide timely feedback, and make decisions quickly so the volunteer can focus on building a system we can put into action immediately.
