WordPress Maintenance Setup

A reliable, secure website will help AATB consistently engage, educate, and mobilize Black Floridians ages 16–40 around job, food, and financial security and civic participation. Volunteers' work will reduce downtime, build community trust, and free staff to focus on outreach. Funders often use websites when determining applications.

I will be the main contact and will provide details during onboarding. Relevant site information and current challenges will be shared so volunteers can implement backups and the guide. We'll commit to using the outcomes after the project.

Organization Mission

All About The Ballots (AATB) is a community-focused grassroots initiative working to engage, educate, and empower Black people ages 16 - 40 across Florida to become civically involved and improve issues impacting our communities. Our focus areas include job security, food security, and financial security through organizing and engaging around living wages, accessible and affordable health care and housing, wellness, education, racial and environmental justice, and racial equity.
